Paula Hinckley is a Broker with Lady of the Lake Realty and a consistent multi-million dollar producer specializing in New Hampshire waterfront homes, lakefront properties, and luxury real estate throughout the Lakes Region. With decades of experience in the industry, Paula brings a strong background in finance, negotiation, and waterfront property expertise to every transaction.

Before entering real estate, Paula served as a Vice President at a commercial lending company, giving her a deep understanding of financing, valuation, and investment strategy. Since transitioning into real estate in 1999, she has built one of the region’s most respected waterfront-focused brokerages, known for its market knowledge, professionalism, and client-first approach.

Paula has extensive experience with waterfront regulations, lakefront ownership considerations, and the unique dynamics of New Hampshire’s lake communities. She works with both buyers and sellers across the Lakes Region, including primary residences, vacation homes, luxury estates, and investment properties.

As a founding member of Lady of the Lake Realty, Paula has helped shape a team dedicated exclusively to lake and waterfront real estate across New Hampshire, with a focus on delivering expert guidance and results in a highly specialized market.

When she’s not working with clients, Paula enjoys spending time with her family and being on or near the water throughout New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
