Blaisdell Lake is 161 acres with an average depth of 20 feet and a maximum depth of 40  feet. The lake is oligotrophic water quality ( best ). Excellent smallmouth bass fishing. Motor-boating is allowed but there is limited boat launch access offering a quiet lake setting.

Sutton is what you would expect a quaint New England town to look like.  Your old church meeting house to rustic stone walls. A short drive away you will find restaurants, grocery stores, a hospital, golf courses and Mt Sunapee Ski Area.

Province Lake is 968 acres with a very sandy bottom and a maximum depth of 17 feet. There are no boating restrictions.  Province Lake has smallmouth and largemouth bass fishing. 

A golf course is adjacent to the lake and plenty of hiking trails are close by. Major ski resorts in North Conway are just a short drive away along with grocery stores and a hospital. North Conway is also a hub for tax-free outlet shopping. Snowmobiling is very popular in this area and you can ride from your lake house to the Canadian border.

Rust Pond is 239 acres with an average depth of 24 feet and a maximum depth of 40  feet. The lake is oligotrophic water quality ( best ). The smallmouth bass fishing is exceptional. Motor-boating is allowed but no jet skis. The lake is not a destination lake as there is limited boat launch access. 

Wolfeboro is the Oldest Summer Resort in the United States. Within minutes of the waterfront are two golf courses, a hospital, restaurants, museums, and a downtown you don’t want to miss. In town, you will also find the Cotton Valley Rail Trail.  Twelve miles of trails where you can enjoy biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, walking, and cross country skiing.  A short ride away you can be boating on Winnipesaukee or skiing at Gunstock Ski Resort.

Wakonda Pond is 94 acres with an average depth of 11 feet with a maximum depth of 39 feet. Moultonborough is one of the lowest tax towns in NH. It is a quaint New England town with a main street consisting of a few restaurants, hardware stores and a famous country store you won’t want to miss. The pond is remote surrounded by wilderness and motorboats are not allowed.  You will enjoy a quiet lake setting with the only noise interrupting you will be the call of the Loons or the splash of a smallmouth bass on your fishing line. 

Center Harbor and Meredith are close by with golf, shopping, restaurants along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee.  You will find my favorite hiking trail minutes from the lake, Red Hill. The closest ski areas are Gunstock, Loon or Waterville.
