Wakonda Pond is 94 acres with an average depth of 11 feet with a maximum depth of 39 feet. Moultonborough is one of the lowest tax towns in NH. It is a quaint New England town with a main street consisting of a few restaurants, hardware stores and a famous country store you won’t want to miss. The pond is remote surrounded by wilderness and motorboats are not allowed.  You will enjoy a quiet lake setting with the only noise interrupting you will be the call of the Loons or the splash of a smallmouth bass on your fishing line.

Lower Beech Pond is 160 acres with an average depth of 22 feet with a maximum depth of 50 feet. Tuftonboro is a quaint New England town with not much happening but located in the heart of the lakes region. ( low tax town ) The lake is remote surrounded by wilderness.  It is a destination lake for brown and rainbow trout fishing. The lake is oligotrophic water quality ( best ) with clear water. No jet skis allowed. 

Wolfeboro is close by with golf, shopping, restaurants, a trendy downtown along with a hospital. You will find hiking trails minutes from the lake along with Castle In The Clouds Resort. Major ski areas can be found in the North Conway area.

Highland Lakes is 209 acres with an average depth of 16 feet with a maximum depth of 44 feet. Andover is a quaint New England town with not much happening. The lake is a destination lake for brook and rainbow trout fishing. The lake is mesotrophic with clear water. No jet skis allowed.
