Highland Lakes is 209 acres with an average depth of 16 feet with a maximum depth of 44 feet. Andover is a quaint New England town with not much happening. The lake is a destination lake for brook and rainbow trout fishing. The lake is mesotrophic with clear water. No jet skis allowed.
Golf and plenty of hiking trails are close by. Ragged Mountain and Sunapee are about a 30-minute drive. Andover is home to Proctor Academy one of five prep schools in the lakes region. Groceries, shopping and hospitals are located close by in Franklin and New London. You can snowmobile right from your lake house to the Canadian border.
