July 4th week has just passed and NH had an estimated 800,000 visitors on the 4th alone. The buying and selling activity took a break for this busy vacation week. Lakes with new listings this week include, Winnipesaukee, Sunapee, Eastman, Waukewan, Pawtuckaway, Webster, Northwood, Hermit along with Pemgewassett.
Share waterfront and condo's, 35 new listings last week. Pricing ranged from $150,000 for a seasonal cottage on Ossipee Lake to a $2 million home on Lake Sunapee with all the bells and whistles. Most of the condo listings this past week were on Winnipesaukee with a few on Newfound.
