Lakefront sales from 2012 to 2013 year to date have been pretty consistent. 2012 we had 268 total waterfront homes sold as compared to 293 in 2013. The major difference is that in 2012 we had a greater number of homes home selling $1 million dollars and over. Sales over $2 million dropped 67% from last year's totals. Sales in the $500 to $1 million range remained consistent with 81 in 2012 and an increased to 87 in 2013. The larger change came in the lower price points $200,000 to $500,000. 2013 had a 9% increase in sales to 132 lakefront units sold.
