Upper Suncook Lake is 425 acres and Lower Suncook is 295 acres both located in Center Barnstead NH. The two lakes are connected by a channel, most average sized boats can pass under the connecting bridge. The boat launch is on Narrows Rd on Upper Suncook.
Lower Suncook has a sandy bottom with a maximum depth of 16 feet while Upper has a rocky bottom with a maximum depth of 43 feet. Fish and Game has both lakes listed as Oligotrophic and rainbow trout are found in Upper Suncook. The southeastern shoreline is in conservation so if you are lucky enough to own a property on the eastern shore you have perfect sunsets over a shoreline with no homes. 
Barnstead is 25 minutes north on Rt 28 from Concord. Just to the north, you will find Alton, Wolfeboro and Gunstock Ski Resort. Golf is close by along with Hospitals in Wolfeboro and Concord.
