Kingswood Lake aka Cooks Pond is 247 acres with crystal clear water. The smallmouth bass fishing is exceptional. Motor-boating is allowed but no jet skis. If you are looking for a quiet lake Kingswood could be for you. The lake is not a destination lake as there is limited boat launch access.
Brookfield is rural for shopping visit, Wolfeboro the Oldest Summer Resort in the United States. Wolfeboro is homes to two golf courses, a hospital, restaurants, museums, and a downtown you don’t want to miss. In town, you will also find the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. Twelve miles of trails where you can enjoy biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, walking, and cross country skiing. Wakefield is about the same distance away and offers some of the best snowmobiling trails in the area.
