The second floor offered a classic lake cottage feel with multiple cozy bedrooms, balancing modern charm and lake house appeal. But what truly made this property stand out was its prime location: a sandy beach, towering pine trees, and a private, peaceful setting. This lakefront retreat offered the privacy and relaxation the family desired, making it the perfect place to create years of memories, enjoy weekend getaways, and embark on endless adventures on the water and nearby ski slopes.
After some negotiation, our clients happily closed the deal and are now the proud owners of this dream lake home on Silver Lake.
Property 3: Cozy Cabin, But Not the Right Fit
The third property we visited was a charming rustic cabin tucked away in a wooded area near the lake. This cozy retreat featured exposed beams and unique sculpting, giving it a lot of character.
