Kingswood Lake aka Cooks Pond is 247 acres with crystal clear water. The smallmouth bass fishing is exceptional. Motor-boating is allowed but no jet skis. If you are looking for a quiet lake Kingswood could be for you. The lake is not a destination lake as there is limited boat launch access.
Brookfield is rural for shopping visit, Wolfeboro the Oldest Summer Resort in the United States. Wolfeboro is homes to two golf courses, a hospital, restaurants, museums, and a downtown you don’t want to miss. In town, you will also find the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. Twelve miles of trails where you can enjoy biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, walking, and cross country skiing. Wakefield is about the same distance away and offers some of the best snowmobiling trails in the area.

Goose Pond is 625 acres with an average depth of 10 feet and a maximum depth of 35 feet. Water quality is oligotrophic, ( best ). Boating restrictions include no jet skis and the part of Goose Pond, in the town of Canaan, The Narrows, and extending 150 feet from the boating and swimming area from the northernmost point of lot 1-GS-49 and southwest to lot 1-GS-47 on the western shore shall be a no-wake area. Excellent smallmouth bass fishing in the summer months.

Wakonda Pond is 94 acres with an average depth of 11 feet with a maximum depth of 39 feet. Moultonborough is one of the lowest tax towns in NH. It is a quaint New England town with a main street consisting of a few restaurants, hardware stores and a famous country store you won’t want to miss. The pond is remote surrounded by wilderness and motorboats are not allowed. You will enjoy a quiet lake setting with the only noise interrupting you will be the call of the Loons or the splash of a smallmouth bass on your fishing line.
